Headmaster Ralph Estrada

Master Ralph started his Martial Arts training at age 12. His biggest influence was Bruce Lee. His formal training started in various Japanese disciplines but later he found his “kicks” in taekwondo. Master Ralph has also been written about in Karate- Kung Fu Illustrated and was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame for Korean sword art on August 4, 2007.

During his stay in Korea in 2000, he trained and received his black belt in Haidong Gumdo from Won Ho Kim, President of the World Haidong Gumdo Federation. Master Ralph was delegated by President Kim to be oversee the training of all masters and school owners in the state of New York. He served as Chief Master until 2015. He is currently the highest ranking black belt in the east coast of the United States chapter of the Kummooyeh Federation.

In addition to being both a Florida and New York State champion, Master Ralph is a superb and patient instructor with decades of experience teaching children and adults of all ages and skill levels.

In-person classes are now in session!

The health and safety of our students is our top priority. As of September 1, we have reopened and are now offering small, socially distanced classes with the additional option for students to attend over Zoom. Our upcoming spring Kummooyeh program will most likely be held over Zoom and outdoors (as weather permits.) A copy of our COVID in-school safety protocol is also available under the “About Us” menu.
